Autumn Learning

In science, the children are starting their learning on solids, liquids and gases. On Thursday, we looked at the properties of liquids. We know that liquids change their shape and they always flow.
The children had an absolutely fantastic time at Escot today! They were engaged and able to show off all their learning about the Stone Age. We made bread, carved a wooden sign and use a forge to made a copper pin. Please have a look through the photos below.
In science, the children have been exploring light. This week we went outside and made our own shadows. We know that shadows are made when an object blocks the light source.
In history, the children have been comparing life in the stone age to our lives today.
In English, the children have been writing stories about their 'Naughty' toy. Here are a few of the fantastic stories.
