The following report was written by Chirathi (Year 4) and Reece (Year 3) who attend our "Webmasters" afterschool club.
On Friday 27th of March (the last day of term), Super St. Mary’s children had a brilliant competition.
The little ones had to make a terrific Easter Bonnet and the crafty KS2 children had to decorate a hard boiled egg. The quick children had to make their Easter Bonnet or boiled egg within 4 whole speedy days.
On the last day of term, they had a competition to see who the 2 fantastic winners from each class were. The children who had the great experience of winning, won a delicious chocolate egg.
Reece (Y3), one lucky winner, said “It was awesome and a great experience!”
Orla (Y6): “I felt brilliant and it was egg-cellent!”
Mrs. Smith said “I was really proud of the children and how well they produced their fantastic hats!”
It was a brilliant way to begin the Easter holiday!
