Dear Yr5 Eagles and Eagle families -
Here are your SPAG challenges for the week - please have a really good try at each one! There are two PowerPoint presentations attached which will help remind you about subordinate clauses and fronted adverbials.
We have also sent home maths and English comprehension work this week.
Don't forget to log on to Bug Club and work your way through the books and comprehension questions. We can see which books you've read and how many quizzes you've completed. Times Tables Rockstars is also waiting for you to log on; you can send challenges to classmates (or teachers!) so why not send us a challenge and we'll see if we can beat you!
You all took copies of your personal spelling lists home; we know this seems like a long time ago so if you'd like another copy then please just email the office and we will send you a new copy.
Remember to send your work to us by either asking your grown-ups to post pictures / send us messages on the school Facebook page or email photos of your work to the office and then Mrs Newcombe will send them on to us. It is really important that you do as much school work as possible when you are at home so that you are ready for coming back as a Year 6 pupil in September.
