Activities for Wriggly Writers this week.
Please choose one activity to do each day.
One armed robots – please practise the letters in the one armed robot family. Watch the link on the BBC that shows you how to write one armed robot letters. There is also a sheet attached to show you how to write the letters if you wish to use it.
Captions/sentences – please use the picture to write the sentence, ‘First First baby Billy Goat Gruff went trip trap, trip trap over the bridge.’
Main Character Stick Puppets- cut out the characters and stick them on lollipop sticks or something similar to make puppets to retell the story of the Billy Goats Gruff.
High Frequency words –practise spelling the phase 2 high frequency words (five at a time). Once you have learnt five, go onto the next five. Move onto phase 3 if you know the phase 2 words. They are attached so you know what they are. If your child is willing, this could be a 10 min every day activity.
