PE

Try to find ways to keep active every day.  It is recommended that children are active for at least an hour every day.  There are many ways you could achieve this. Lot's of you already have shown me when you have gone for a walk or a bike ride or gone to the park. All these activities are great for keeping active.  I have put a few other links for keeping active too if you want to have a look.  The children LOVE Super Movers in school.
If you would like to, you could have a go at following the gymnastic lesson on Oak Academy.  If you do, you need to have a 2m x 2m area so that your child is safe from hitting themselves on anything and that you accompany your child throughout.  Also, your child will need to wear comfortable clothing like they do for PE for example shorts or t-shirt or jogging trousers and a t-shirt and no jewellery.  
There are some great videos on the Go Noodle website that your child might like to join in with.  They are great for getting up and getting active throughout the day.
Super Movers is another site that the children can join in with short burst activities.
