Look at Church’s Story 1 pages 12-13 and focus on the congregation singing together as they gather.

Ask the following questions….

  • Who are the people in the picture?
  • What are the Church family doing together? (singing a gather song)
  • What is happening? (Priest and altar servers processing in)

Talk about what happens during the gathering procession and re-enact it.

Design a ‘Welcome to our Church’ poster.  Include the people you will see gathering and
